KY House is a maisonette with a basement located in Artemida, Attica. Its architectural design incorporates triangular forms into an orthonormal layout, resulting in a contemporary dynamic structure. These angular shapes lend the house an origami-inspired aesthetic, with the triangles forming its facades and creating covered spaces.
On the ground floor, the layout includes an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, along with a guest bedroom that has its own en-suite bathroom. A guest WC is also included on this level. The first floor consists of a master bedroom and a laundry room. The basement houses a storage area and a small separate apartment, adding functional versatility to the home.
The exterior surfaces are predominantly white, with black accents added in certain areas to create depth. Large balconies with sea views are formed at the back side of the house where also a garden is situated.
